We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Cabo Journey from start to finish! Their service was outstanding, combining luxury, comfort, professionalism, and excellent communication at very reasonable prices.

Upon our arrival at the Cabo airport, our driver, Ricardo, greeted us and transported us to Hacienda Encantada Resort in a beautiful Cadillac SUV with wonderfully cold air conditioning. He even made a stop at the market so we could pick up groceries before heading to our resort. Ricardo was friendly, courteous, and professional, making our arrival relaxing and enjoyable.

For our return trip to the airport, Ramon, along with his trainee, Richard, picked us up in a spacious Chevy Suburban SUV. Once again, we enjoyed a comfortable, luxurious ride with cold air conditioning and chilled beverages available. Both gentlemen were extremely friendly, polite, and professional.

A special thank you to David Lechuga, the manager, for making the reservation process so easy and providing excellent communication and timely updates regarding our pickup arrangements. Everything was well organized and seamless from beginning to end.

Cabo Journey truly delivers first-class transportation at affordable prices! The beautiful vehicles, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail made our experience fantastic.

We will absolutely be using Cabo Journey for all our future vacations to Hacienda Encantada Resort in Cabo!

They were there ready and waiting with a cooled AC vehicle and cold bottle water for the trip to our resort. We had them take us back to the airport after our stay and they were great at communicating what time they would be there and were early! Professional drivers. Great information regarding the city and additional things to do. If you aren't booking Cabo Journey, you are missing out! Would absolutely recommend to anyone and will definitely use again!
